Estate Office Coffee is a charming cafe right around the corner from Streatham Hill train station, next door to the craft beer shop. The coffee is sourced from Allpress and the pastries, bread and treats are al from local artisan suppliers, including their worldly pecan and salted caramel brownie pictured – a must try!

On a saturday morning there’s a freshly baked delivery of sausage rolls which sell out quickly, so make sure you get there early. Different dietary requirements are catered to and you can find an almond or cashew milk option for your coffee, just ask for ‘special milk’.

There’s seating for 3 or 4 on stools and there’s also 3 tables seating 2 people at each. Being on the smaller side the cafe has a really sociable feel with really friendly and approachable staff. The interior is clean and fresh, no fuss here, just great coffee.
