Head chef Loc Bui was born and raised in Saigon, the old capital of Vietnam, before settling in London. He has devised a special vietnamese menu based on awesome family recipes from generations past.
All dishes are made freshly and provide a mouth-watering range of exotic tastes and textures. Lemongrass, ginger, fish sauce and chillies are key ingredients on the Vietnamese menu. Dishes are stir-fried using seafood, chicken, beef, duck and pork, but there are also plenty of vegetarian options.
For those who are sensitive to chillies, dishes can be cooked mild, medium or hot. In addition to providing something to suit every palate and dietary requirement. The restaurant is relaxed and when you are ready to order you go up to the till and pay and the food is cooked. No waiting around for a bill at the end of your meal.
