Streatham Kitchen

Streatham Kitchen

After three years running their gourmet food truck in Crystal Palace, the Roti Brothers opened the doors on the cosy Streatham Kitchen café in spring 2018.

As well as the freshly crafted burgers that made the brothers famous – made from 28-day aged Irish beef and served in an artisan brioche bun alongside chunky rosemary or sweet potato chips – visitors can tuck in to a range of seasonal specials.

These include the Naughty Bad Boy Mac and Cheese (not for the faint-hearted),  haddock,  chips and minted peas, and octopus served with ceviche. Vegetarians can enjoy the delicious Veggie Bro 2.0 burger, a home-made Thai-style patty packed with secret ingredients.

Prices for mains range from £10.50 for crab and prawn pasta to £15.50 for a Bavette steak, and you can take your pick of starters such as Padron peppers for £4.

The chef and friendly staff are happy to take customers through the day’s dishes, and while the restaurant waits for its alcohol licence, it’s a bring-your-own policy for booze.
